Weisbrod Mobile Health Clinic

Our goal is to provide care closer to home and with support from the State of Colorado through a grant we were able to purchase a mobile unit that allows us to do just that. As an extension of our Rural Health Clinic we offer the same great care through our mobile medical and dental unit.

Need to know:

Details about the unit and its capabilities – Rural Health Clinic services & Dental services
Who staffs it? The same staff as our RHC.
What services are available? Same as our RHC.
Is there a cost? Same cost as RHC visits.
Do you need to make an appointment? Yes, call our scheduling team at 719-438-2251 to make an appointment. Same day appointments available.
Will it park at specific locations throughout the county or do home visits? Specific locations and we will have a calendar posted with the schedule details (still working this out).
