The Weisbrod Health radiology department provides cutting-edge diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Equipped with the latest technology, including advanced X-ray and CT equipment, our radiology team offers precise imaging available 24 hours a day.

For specialty radiology services such as ultrasound and echocardiograms, we partner with Ultra Imaging, Inc. to provide on-site services twice a month.

Specialty services available at Weisbrod Health radiology:

  • CT Scan – A type of X-ray used to create detailed images of your bones, organs, and soft tissues for detecting and diagnosing injury and disease. Available at Weisbrod Hospital.
  • Echocardiogram – An ultrasound test that checks the health and functioning of your heart. Available at Weisbrod Hospital through a partnership with Ultra Imaging.
  • Ultrasound – A diagnostic test that uses high-intensity sound waves to show details of your internal organs, as well as those of a developing baby during pregnancy. Available at Weisbrod Hospital through partnership with Ultra Imaging.
  • X-ray – Single dimensional black and white images of the inside of your body, frequently used to diagnose bone and joint issues but may be used to diagnose other conditions, too. Available at Weisbrod Hospital.

Radiology services available through a Weisbrod Health partner:

  • Dexa Scan – Used to measure bone density. Available at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar
  • Mammography – X-ray imaging that identifies changes in breast tissue. Available at Keefe Memorial in Cheyenne Wells, or Prowers Medical Center in Lamar
  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) – Uses a large magnet and radio waves to produce clear images of areas inside your body, often for diagnosis and treatment-related imaging of the brain. Available at Prowers Medical Center in Lamar
