If you or someone you know is struggling with substance use or addiction,

Weisbrod Health is proud to offer high quality, evidenced-based addiction services

in partnership with the Colorado ROOTs program.

Through collaboration with expert addiction specialists, the Weisbrod Health medical staff at can safely provide withdrawal management either as an outpatient service or inpatient service depending on the level of care required. Additional services are available to provide social support, group therapy and other effective services helping patients recover.

To schedule an appointment, call 719.438.2251. You don’t need to disclose the nature of the appointment at the time of scheduling. Simply state that you would like to establish care. Many services are offered through telehealth and will be kept completely confidential.
